How does TutorCruncher store data?

TutorCruncher securely stores its data on Heroku Servers, which are based in Dublin, Ireland. These servers are hosted on the Amazon Web Service (AWS). We take precautions including organizational, technical and physical measures to help safeguard the Personal Data we process or use. While we follow accepted standards to protect Personal Data, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. You are solely responsible for protecting your password, limiting access to your devices, and signing out of websites after your sessions.

Has TutorCruncher been penetration tested by a third party?

Yes the platform has been pen tested & this takes place every 3 years and is carried out by CREST.

Where geographically is personal data hosted?

Personal data is hosted within the EEA (European Economic Area)

Is your software ISO27001 and / or Cyber Essentials Plus certified?

Yes, both ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus certified. TutorCrunchers data is hosted on Heroku Servers, and you can find more information on those certifications just here.
