How do I create a statement for a client?
You can create a statement by going to the client's page and clicking 'More' on the balance history. You can then click the 'Generate Statement for Available Balance History' button on the next page.
Can I view all of my clients' balances in the one place?
Yes, you can use the ‘Client Balances’ section in Analytics to view all of your clients available and invoice balances in the one place. Here, you can filter by active as well as inactive users. There is also an option to export this information into a downloadable CSV file.
Is there a place where I can see all of the transactions that have taken place for clients, as well as the payment method that was used?
Yes, you can view all of the transactions that have taken place in your agency, as well as the payment method that was used in ‘Balance Updates’. You can view this information by navigating to Analytics > Balance Updates. Here, you can filter by the date, as well as the method of payment that was used.
