Timezones in TutorCruncher are designed to ensure that both Tutors and Clients can coordinate schedules accurately regardless of their locations. Admins, Tutors, Clients as well as Students can change their timezone via their TutorCruncher account.
Any notifications or reminders sent out by the system will reflect the timezone of the recipient. This means that both Tutors and Clients receive information that is relevant to their local time.
Editing your Branch’s Timezone
Simply choose from the list of major cities closest to your branch via the ‘Timezone’ dropdown menu.

To adjust the timezones for your Clients, Students, and Tutors, navigate to their profile, click on Actions, and select Edit Profile. Then, go to Address & Contact Details, where you can set their timezone as needed.
