Yes, users can make a charitable donation on a job if they wish using an ad hoc charge category.
How do I add a charitable donation to a job?
In order to add a donation to a job, you will first have to create an ad hoc charge category. When adding a student to a job, you will see a dropdown field for ‘Charitable Donation’. Select the ad hoc charge category, as well as the donation amount per lesson, then click save. An ad hoc charge will be generated once a lesson has been marked as complete. Any lesson that is marked as cancelled but chargeable will not generate this charge. Clients will be able to see those donations on their raised invoices.
