Navigate to Accounting > Raised Credit Requests and apply the required filters. You can filter Credit Requests by Clients, Students, Client Managers, Packages and more. The tabs across the top also let you narrow to Unpaid, Pending, Paid or Deleted Credit Requests before you export.
Once you've selected your filters, click Export. The export only includes the Credit Requests currently matching your filters, so filter first and then export if you only want a subset.
A window opens with two export options:
Detailed Export: Each Credit Request may have multiple lines, with each line representing a separate charge item. The format is built to import into accounting software, so this is the one to use for full bookkeeping.
Basic Export: A simplified CSV with essential financial details for general use, without detailed itemization.

Note: the Export button only appears for Administrators with accounting export permissions, and is greyed out when your filters return no results. See here for how Administrator permissions work.
