Client Balance

Learn what Client balances are and how they are tracked within TutorCruncher.

A Client balance reflects the total funds a Client has paid into or owes on their account, including transactions related to Lessons, Credit Requests, Ad Hoc Charges, refunds, balance adjustments & more.


To access this information, navigate to the Client’s profile and click on the Accounting tab. This section displays their full accounting history, including Invoices and payment records.
