Follow these steps to create a Client:
Navigate to People > Clients.
Select Create New Client.
Fill in the Client's details.
If your Branch allows Client login (this can be specified via System > Settings > Company Details > Branch Details) and you have added an email address when creating the profile, your new Client will receive a welcome email with a link to create a password to log in.
Click Submit.
Note: You will need the 'Client Welcome Email' Email Definition enabled for the welcome email to send. You can check this via System > Settings > Email Definitions.
You can also add multiple Clients at once using the Import function, via System > User Import or the Import button on People > Clients. This lets you upload Client profiles from a spreadsheet, and updates anyone already on your system rather than duplicating them. Clients can also sign themselves up via your website, as covered in the questions below.
Note: Clients added by an Import are not sent a welcome email.
Note: The welcome email expires after three days, at which point the set password link will no longer work. You can resend a welcome email via People > Clients > select the Client > Communications and clicking the Resend Welcome Email button. You can only resend a welcome email if the Client has not logged in already, and the button is unavailable if the Client has no valid email address on their profile.

What if my Client is also receiving Lessons from my company?
