Auto Invoicing helps streamline your billing process by automatically generating and issuing Invoices for completed Lessons. This saves time and ensures your Clients are billed promptly and accurately - without needing to raise Invoices manually each time.
To set up automatic invoicing:
Navigate to System > Settings > Accounting Settings > General.
Enable the 'Auto Invoice' checkbox.

With Auto Invoice enabled, Invoices are automatically generated and sent to Clients as soon as a Lesson is marked as completed and the report has been written.
Note: Clients will receive individual Invoices for each Lesson. Additionally, since Invoices are automatically raised after each Lesson, you will not be able to modify or edit the Lesson reports unless the Invoice is voided first.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I enable Auto Invoicing for specific Jobs only?
Yes – you can control Auto Invoicing on a Job-by-Job basis. To do this, open the Job, then navigate to Actions > Edit > Accounting Settings. From there, simply check or uncheck the ‘Auto Invoice’ box depending on whether you want Auto Invoicing enabled for that Job.
How do I automatically mark Invoices as paid?
To enable automatic Invoice payment from existing balance credit and new payments, simply enable the ‘Automatically mark Credit Requests paid’.
Note: This will affect the Invoices that your Clients receive.
