Note: The changes to the Invoices export were made on 13th March 2025.
How do I export a CSV file listing my Invoices' information?
Navigate to Accounting > Raised Invoices and apply the required filters. You can filter Invoices by Clients, Tutors, Students, Client Managers, Jobs, and more. The filter options also include fields for paid as well as voided Invoices. Once you've selected your filters, click the 'Export CSV' button to download the file.
There are two export options:
Xero Export: A detailed format compatible with Xero, including tax info, tracking data, and itemized charges. Each invoice may have multiple lines, with each line representing a separate charge item, making it suitable for comprehensive accounting.
Basic Export: A simplified CSV with essential invoice and financial details for general use, without detailed itemization.
How have the columns changed on the Invoices export?
While there are no changes to the columns in the detailed (Xero) Invoices export, the columns in the basic Invoices export will look different. Please see below:
