Note: The changes to the Jobs export were made on 2nd October 2024.
How do I export a CSV file listing my Jobs’ information?
Navigate to Activity > Jobs and apply the required filter. You can specify parameters such as date range, charge type, charge rate, tutor rate, and also filter Jobs by Roles, Labels, and Custom Fields. Once you've set your filters, click the 'Export CSV' button to download the file.
How have the columns changed on the Jobs export?
The headings in the Jobs Export CSV have undergone some modifications. For example, "Contractors" would be called "Tutors," and "Recipients" are now "Students." In addition to the fields present in the old exports, we have also introduced two new fields: Pending Lesson Units and Awaiting Report Lesson Units.
