To view a list of Jobs available for application, simply navigate to the ‘Available Jobs’ page via the accordion side menu.

This page gives you an overview of all the Jobs you can apply to. You can use the Filter button to filter the Jobs by the date of creation, Pay Rate, subjects and your degree of qualification. You can also view more details by selecting the Job that you’re interested in. Apply from either the ‘Available Jobs’ page or the Job’s page itself.
Applying for a Job
On the application form, you will be asked to fill out a cover letter outlining your suitability for the Job.
Where the company has turned on proposed rates for that Job, the form also lets you name the Pay Rate you would want for the work. Leave it blank and your application is made at the Job’s advertised rate. Where the setting is off, the rate box does not appear and you apply at the Job’s rate.

Your application will be reviewed by a company Administrator, who will either accept or decline it. You will be notified of the decision by email either way.
Note: Your application records the Pay Rate it was made at. If the company changes the Job’s rate afterwards, your open application keeps the rate you applied at, and the Administrator chooses which of the two to pay when they accept you.
Managing your applications
You can view your applications by navigating to the ‘Current Applications’ page on the accordion sidebar, and sort the list by selecting a column heading.
While an application is still open you can:
Edit it - change your cover letter, and your proposed rate where the Job allows one.
Withdraw it - take yourself out of consideration for the Job.
A withdrawn application can be re-applied for later. When you do, it goes back in at the Job’s current Pay Rate, unless the Job allows proposed rates and you had named one, in which case your rate stays as you left it.
Note: Once an application has been accepted or declined it is settled, and can no longer be edited or withdrawn.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can’t I see any available Jobs?
If you are trying to view available Jobs from your login but can’t, then it would be best to get in touch with the company directly. Each business controls which Jobs are visible and which Tutors can see them.
Why can’t I enter a Pay Rate on my application?
Proposed rates are set per Job, and the company has not turned them on for that one. Your application will be made at the Pay Rate shown on the Job.
