There are a number of ways to integrate your website with TutorCruncher. Below are quick starter guides on how you can do this. There’s no extra to pay in order to link your TutorCruncher platform with your website - this is available for every price plan!

How do most users integrate TutorCruncher with their website?

The main mechanism to integrate TutorCruncher with your website would be via the TutorCruncher Socket. TutorCruncher Socket allows you to embed Tutor listings, contact forms and open lesson listings within your website, all directly integrated with your TutorCruncher back-end.

You can find your login page URL within System > Settings > Company Details > Company Details - the default URL follows this format:

You can link this to your website in any way you see fit - we reommend creating a big 'Sign in' button.

Note: Want to customise the URL that your users see when they log into your TutorCruncher platform? See here.

Can Tutors sign up via my website?

They absolutely can - prospective Tutors can signup to work for your company via your Tutor signup link, which can be found within System Settings > Company Details > Company Details - the URL typically follows this format:

This page allows Tutors to sign up for an account with your company. Their profile will appear marked as ‘Pending’. You can customize the accompanying text description by navigating to System > Settings > Company Details > Branch Details and editing the ‘Tutor Signup Description’ text field.

You can be notified whenever a ‘Pending’ Tutor has been created via this method by navigating to System > Settings > People and Activity > Labels and selecting the ‘Self Sign Up’ Label. Within that Label’s page, you can choose an Administrator for the ‘Email Recipients’ dropdown menu who will receive an email notification whenever a Tutor signs up to work for your company.

Once they have signed up, the prospective Tutors can fill in their own profile information - from there you can invite them to an interview via email and approve their application by setting their status to ‘Approved’.

If you have multiple branches, the sign up page will include a dropdown menu where they can specify which branch they are applying to work at. You can navigate to each of your branches to show/hide the branch as an option when prospective Tutors sign up by navigating to System > Settings > Company Details > Branch Details and toggling the ‘Tutors can join’ checkbox.

Can Clients sign up via my website?

Yes - prospective Clients can sign up for an account with your company by adding a Client signup link to your website. The URL for this link can be found within System > Settings > Company Details > Company Details - the URL typically follows this format:

Clients who sign up in this way will appear as ‘Live’ Clients with the ‘Self Sign Up’ Label automatically applied to their profiles.

Clients can also sign up by booking Lessons - read more about that here.
